Made from a flowy woven fabric, we are so excited about this frock’s elegant flutter sleeves, plunging V-neckline, and delicately shirred detailing at the waist, but what really has us all ‘a-flutter’ is the darling gold-toned decorative buttons at the empire waist that are each embossed with tiny cat cameo motifs!
